You're billed monthly per property. If you manage 3 properties on the Starter plan, that's $87/month. We charge on the 1st of each month. No surprises, no hidden fees.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. No contracts, no early termination fees. Cancel with one click and your service ends at the current billing period. We'll help you transition smoothly.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfers via Stripe. ACH payments save you the credit card processing fee.
Are there volume discounts? +
Yes. 10–24 units: 10% off. 25–49 units: 15% off. 50+ units: 20% off plus a dedicated onboarding setup.
What happens if I add more properties? +
Adding a property is instant. Your next invoice includes the prorated cost. Volume discounts apply automatically as you grow.
Is there a free trial? +
